Emma Fitzgerald
Emma has been a highly valued member of the Legacy Counsel team since 2022. She brings with her over 5 years of experience in legal studies and administration. Before focusing on trusts and estates, Emma worked for the District Court system of Michigan. She loves gaining knowledge and learning everything she can about estate planning. She continually strives to ensure our clients’ estate plans are put in place as efficiently as possible so they can have peace of mind knowing they’ve done their part to make things as simple and easy as possible for their loved ones.
Emma spends her free time traveling around the United States. She’s been to 22 states in the last 3 years with a goal of all 50 in the near future. Her favorite travels are road trips with her husband, hiking in the mountains, and exploring the great outdoors.
