Emma Fitzgerald applies years of experience in legal studies and law firm administration to her vital role at Legacy Counsel. Her passion for legal intricacies and client education is evident in her approach, as she empowers each client with the understanding they need to secure their legacy.

Before focusing on estate planning and probate administration, Emma worked for the trial court system in Michigan. She loves gaining knowledge and learning everything she can about estate planning. She continually strives to ensure our clients’ estate plans are put in place as efficiently as possible so they can have peace of mind knowing they’ve done their part to make things as simple and easy as possible for their loved ones.

In her leisure time, Emma enjoys traveling with her family. Her favorite travels are road trips with her siblings, international travels with her husband, and exploring the great outdoors.
